You become a TRAVEL ACCOUNT Member of Diners Club International who issue your TRAVEL ACCOUNT card which is then lodged with DNATA.
- Your company travel bookings are made with DNATA and charged to TRAVEL ACCOUNT
- DNATA forwards these charges to Diners Club International in the UAE and they bill you on a monthly basis. Payment is made monthly - providing you with an extended payment period of up to 55 days.
- Travel purchases are made by Local Purchase Order (LPO/Delivery order) signed by your company's authorized signatory.
- Your monthly travel expenditure can be billed either centrally or at different locations, at branch and department levels.
- Quarterly Management Information Reports are available detailing your travel expenditure by cost center, carrier, category and traveler.

Minimum Requirements
- Copy of Trade License issued by the appropriate authority
- Power of Attorney if authorized signatory does not appear on the Trade License.
- Power of Attorney from the Parent Company if the applicant is a Multinational and no trade license is issued.
- Bank Credit Report.
- In the event that the Bank Report is non-committal, then the company financial should be obtained.
- Passport copy of authorized signatories
- In case of Limited Liability company, copy of the Memorandum of Association.
- In case of Partnership concerns, copy of Partnership Agreement or letter on company letterhead from the individual (whose name is appearing on the license) authorizing the individual (signing the TAS application) to commit financially on behalf of the company.
